Lee Crawley officially started his own company as a Business Consultant/Investment Banker with the formation of Corporate Finance Associates (CFA-Tulsa) in 2000. In 2016, Lee decided to start BGA in an attempt to place more focus on helping business owners develop a method to create sustainable, profitable growth prior to a transaction to finance, sell all or part of their business. The formalized Growth Model creates a comprehensive approach for creating consistent, profitable growth.
Mr. Crawley has helped numerous companies prepare for business transactions such as a sale, recapitalization, or financing. Many of these methods were developed as a turnaround specialist. In doing this work he came to realize how few companies are really ready to enter the marketplace or to maximize their valuation.
Mr. Crawley will continue to do transactional work through CFA-Tulsa.
